This site describes our services and provides free interactive tools — including the App à la Carte blueprint builder and its concept previews — to help you plan a custom software project.

Any blueprint, module list, complexity tier, timeline, concept preview, or PDF lookbook generated on this site is an illustrative planning aid produced in part by automated tools. It is not a proposal, quote, contract, or guarantee of scope, cost, schedule, or results. Actual engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement.

Concept previews contain sample data for demonstration only and do not represent a working application.

You agree to provide accurate information, to submit only content you have the right to share, and not to include sensitive personal data, protected health information, or confidential third-party material in your submissions or uploads.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting service, scraping at scale, or using it for unlawful purposes.

You keep ownership of the business information and files you submit. You grant us permission to use them to generate your blueprint, respond to your request, and prepare a proposal.

The site's design, text, graphics, logos, and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish, or reuse them without written permission.

Case studies and integration references may link to sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated blueprints will meet your requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of this site. Our total liability relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Whatcom County, Washington.

We may update these terms; continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised version.
