Accessibility Statement
Ridgeline Tech Solutions · Bellingham, Washington, United States · Last updated September 8, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use this site. Here's the standard we hold ourselves to, where we currently stand, and how to tell us when something doesn't work for you.
Our commitment
Ridgeline Tech Solutions is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.
Standard we aim for
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This includes readable color contrast, text alternatives for images, labels on interactive controls, visible keyboard focus, logical heading structure, and forms that can be completed without a mouse.
Current status
We consider this site partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: most of the site meets the standard, and we are actively reviewing and improving areas that don't yet — particularly color contrast in secondary text, keyboard focus handling in the multi-step blueprint builder, and text alternatives for decorative and illustrative imagery.
Some third-party content we link to, such as live client applications, may not meet the same standard.
Need something in another format?
If any part of this site is difficult to use, or you'd like information provided a different way — over the phone, by email, or as a plain-text document — tell us and we'll get it to you.
Reporting a barrier
Contact us through the form on our home page and describe the page and the problem you ran into. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and will tell you how and when we plan to address the issue.
