Ridgeline Tech Solutions · Bellingham, Washington, United States · Last updated September 8, 2026
This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website and the blueprint builder, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.
Who we are
Ridgeline Tech Solutions is a custom software studio based in Bellingham, Washington, United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you use the App à la Carte blueprint builder or a contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method and time, and the descriptions of your business, workflows, pain points, and current software.
If you upload files or a logo as part of your blueprint, we store those files so our team can review them alongside your request.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which is used to operate and secure the site.
Your browser also stores information locally so the site works: a login session if you sign in, and your in-progress blueprint answers so you don't lose them if you reload the page. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How we use your information
To generate and deliver your app blueprint and shareable concept preview.
To contact you about your request, schedule a discovery call, and send a proposal.
To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the site and our services.
To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Automated processing
The blueprint builder uses AI services to turn your written answers into a recommended set of modules, workflows, and automations. The text and files you submit are sent to those providers solely to produce your blueprint. The output is a starting point for a human conversation, not a binding recommendation, quote, or decision made about you.
Service providers
We share information with vendors who help us run the business, only as needed to provide their service: our application hosting and database platform, file storage, AI model providers, and email delivery. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep blueprint submissions and lead records for as long as needed to follow up and for our business records, and then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the Washington My Health My Data Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and similar state laws — you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy, correct it, request deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
To make a request, contact us through the form on our home page and tell us what you'd like us to do. We will verify your request before acting on it and will respond within the time required by law.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted infrastructure providers to protect the information you send us. See our Security Protocols page for more detail. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
